Before completing the application, please review all of the information for potential vendors.
If your application is approved, you will be required to email proof of required permits (or that you’ve applied for the required permits), as well as your business logo (if available). Once your vendor application is approved, you will receive an invoice by email. There is no application fee.
By submitting this application, I certify the information contained in the application hereunder is correct to the best of my knowledge. Additionally, I certify I have a valid business license and tax ID number for the services and/or products I will provide at Lake Jackson Famers Market, as well as the required permits and insurance policies, and can provide documentation if requested. I also agree that Lake Jackson Farmers Market, and their respective officers, employees, and consultants are not liable for any injury, theft, or damage to either the buyer or seller or their property arising from the preparation or participation in the LJFM activities. The vendor/farm/business/seller/producer/dealer further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the LJFM and its officers, employees, agents and consultants for and against any claims for such injury, theft, or damage. It is understood that all vendors of LJFM will carry their own general liability and product liability insurance as the LJFM does not provide this insurance coverage.
